The Turbo Air PST-48-N-GL is a PRO Series two-section sandwich/salad prep table featuring a glass lid and a rear mount self-contained compressor. Its 12.0 cu. ft. cabinet supports a 12-pan top and a 6-1/4-inch deep cutting board with side rail for dedicated prep. Temperature is managed by a digital control and monitor system, paired with a cold bunker system for reliable ingredient holding. The interior and exterior are stainless steel with a galvanized bottom, while aluminum door liners and two stainless steel shelves provide durable storage. Access is via two solid hinged swing doors with locks. Additional performance details include LED interior lighting with fan control and a self-cleaning condenser. Refrigeration utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/5 HP system operating on 115v/60/1 at 6.5 amps and a NEMA 5-15P. This unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed and Made in USA. Overall dimensions: 48-1/4"W x 32-7/8"D x 31-3/4"H.
