This 48-inch, two-door unit organizes ingredients and workflow with a 12-pan top opening (1/6 size) under a protective hood and a 9.5-inch-deep, 1/2-inch-thick polyethylene cutting board for fast assembly. A digital temperature control and monitor system maintains 33°F to 39°F, while the patented self-cleaning condenser automatically removes dust to help keep performance consistent. The cold bunker system delivers even cold air around the pan area, safeguarding product temperatures even when the lids are open.
Built for daily service, the PST-48-N features a stainless steel cabinet and shelving, high-density polyurethane insulation, and LED interior lighting for clear visibility. Heavy-duty gravity hinges provide smooth, reliable door movement, and the dual solid doors with locks secure backup inventory.
