Measuring 60-1/4"W x 30"D x 37-5/8"H, it positions a 9-1/2" deep cutting board in front of eight 1/6-size, 4"-deep pans for organized assembly and quick ingredient access. A rear-mount, self-contained compressor, cold bunker system, and digital temperature control & monitor system deliver dependable performance. Two solid hinged swing doors with locks and an aluminum door liner secure product, while two stainless steel shelves add storage flexibility. The stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized bottom stand up to high-volume use, and LED interior lighting with fan control enhances visibility.
