The Turbo Air PST-60-08S-N-FCL PRO Series sandwich/salad prep + work station streamlines your make-line. This two-section, rear-mount unit delivers 15.0 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage in a 60-1/4" W x 30" D x 33" H footprint. A flat clear lid and cold bunker system help maintain ideal temperatures over (8) 1/6 size, 4" deep pans while keeping ingredients visible for efficient assembly. The 9-1/2" deep cutting board supports fast prep, while (2) solid hinged swing doors with locks, an aluminum door liner, and (2) stainless steel shelves organize backups. A digital temperature control & monitor system, LED interior lighting with fan control, and a self-cleaning condenser support consistent performance and easier maintenance.
