Built for high-volume lines, the Turbo Air PST-60-08S-N-FL streamlines prep and service in a compact, two-section footprint. This PRO Series prep + work station delivers 16.0 cu. ft. of cold storage beneath an efficient 48-1/4 inch cutting surface with a 9-1/2 inch deep board and a flat lid that protects ingredients when not in use. Eight 1/6 size, 4 inch deep pans keep mise en place organized, while the cold bunker system and a digital temperature control and monitor system help maintain target temps. A rear mount, self-contained compressor with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a self-cleaning condenser supports consistent performance and reduced routine maintenance. The stainless steel interior and exterior (galvanized bottom), LED interior lighting with fan control, and two solid hinged swing doors with locks are built for demanding kitchens.
