Streamline your make line with the Turbo Air PRO Series Sandwich/Salad Mega Prep + Work Station, model PST-60-12M-N-CL. This two-section unit delivers 19.0 cu. ft. of refrigerated capacity with a rear mount self-contained compressor. The top accommodates (12) 1/6 size, 4" deep pans beneath a clear lid, paired with a 9-1/2" deep cutting board for efficient assembly. Inside, the stainless steel interior and exterior (galvanized bottom) feature an aluminum door liner and (2) stainless steel shelves for organized storage. A digital temperature control & monitor system, cold bunker system, LED interior lighting with fan control, and a self-cleaning condenser support consistent performance. Using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 HP motor, the unit operates on 115v/60/1-ph, 8.9 amps with a NEMA 5-15P. Secure product with (2) solid doors with locks. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed.
