The Turbo Air PST-60-12M-N-FCL is a PRO Series sandwich/salad mega prep + work station with a flat clear lid. This two-section unit offers 19.0 cu. ft. of capacity and measures 60-1/4"W x 34"D x 33-1/8"H. The rail accommodates (12) 1/6 size, 4" deep pans, paired with a 9-1/2" deep cutting board. Storage is organized behind (2) solid doors with locks, featuring an aluminum door liner and (2) stainless steel shelves. Performance components include a rear mount self-contained compressor, a digital temperature control & monitor system, a cold bunker system, LED interior lighting & fan control, and a self-cleaning condenser. The cabinet is stainless steel inside and out with a galvanized bottom. Refrigeration utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant powered by a 1/5 HP system. Electrical specifications are 115v/60/1-ph, 8.9 amps with a NEMA 5-15P. This model is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed and Made in USA.
