Built for demanding prep lines, the Turbo Air PST-60-12M-N-FL combines capacity, durability, and precise temperature management in a compact two-section footprint. The 60-1/4 inch wide work station integrates a 9-1/2 inch deep cutting board and a flat lid over (12) 1/6 size, 4 inch deep pans to organize high-volume sandwich and salad builds. A rear mount self-contained compressor, cold bunker system, and a digital temperature control and monitor system support reliable holding conditions, while the self-cleaning condenser reduces routine maintenance. Inside, stainless steel surfaces with a galvanized bottom stand up to daily use, aided by LED interior lighting and fan control for clear visibility. Security and storage are addressed with (2) solid doors with locks, an aluminum door liner, and (2) stainless steel shelves. Using eco-friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 HP system on a standard 115v circuit, this 19.0 cu. ft. unit is engineered to keep prep moving efficiently
