Streamline your make line with the Turbo Air PST-60-12M-N(-LW) PRO Series sandwich/salad mega prep + work station. This two-section unit features a rear mount self-contained compressor and 19.0 cu. ft. of refrigerated capacity in a 60-1/4"W x 34"D x 39-5/8"H footprint. Organize ingredients in the cold bunker system with (12) 1/6 size, 4" deep pans and assemble orders on the 9-1/2" deep cutting board. A digital temperature control & monitor system pairs with LED interior lighting, fan control, and a self-cleaning condenser using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant to support accurate temps and reduce maintenance. Security and organization come standard with (2) solid doors with locks, an aluminum door liner, and (2) stainless steel shelves. Built with a stainless steel interior & exterior and galvanized bottom, this work station is Made in USA and cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed. Specify side for work station.
