The 24-pan top with hood and a 9-1/2" deep cutting board with side rail streamline assembly, while two drawers and one locking solid door provide organized, secure storage within the 17.0 cu. ft. cabinet. A rear-mount, self-contained system with a cold bunker design delivers consistent chill across the rail, backed by a digital temperature control and monitor system for confident oversight. Stainless steel interior and exterior (galvanized bottom) stand up to high-volume use, and LED interior lighting with fan control enhances visibility and airflow.
