Built for high-volume assembly lines, the Turbo Air PST-60-24-D4-N is a pro series mega top sandwich/salad prep table that prioritizes temperature consistency, organization, and speed. A two-section, rear mount self-contained compressor works with the cold bunker system to keep ingredients uniformly chilled across the 24-pan top opening with hood. Operators gain precise oversight via the digital temperature control & monitor system, while LED interior lighting and fan control support rapid, accurate picking. Four drawers and a 9-1/2" deep cutting board with side rail centralize storage and prep to reduce steps during service. The stainless steel interior & exterior with a galvanized bottom offers durable, professional construction. This 19.0 cu. ft. unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 HP system, operating on 115v/60/1-ph, 8.9 amps with a NEMA 5-15P. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed, and Made in USA.
