The stainless steel top features a 24-pan opening to keep ingredients visible and within reach, while two solid hinged swing doors with locks secure contents between shifts. A stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel bottom deliver durability, and two stainless steel wire shelves add flexible storage. The self-cleaning condenser supports consistent performance, and eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant pairs with a 1/5 HP system for reliable cooling.
