Front-breathing airflow supports flexible installation, while the stainless steel top with a 24-pan opening keeps ingredients organized and accessible. The two-section, 14.8 cu. ft. cabinet includes two stainless steel wire shelves and two solid hinged swing doors with locks to secure product. A self-cleaning condenser helps keep the refrigeration system clear, and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant paired with a 1/3 HP compressor delivers consistent cold holding. The stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel bottom withstand heavy use and simplify cleaning. Operating on 115v/60/1-ph at 4.4 amps with a NEMA 5-15P, this unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed and made in USA—ready for reliable prep, organized presentation, and smooth service across shifts.
