The Turbo Air PST-60-24-N-CL is a 60-inch mega top refrigerated sandwich prep table built for pizzerias, delis, and sandwich shops that need consistent cooling and streamlined assembly. Its Cold Bunker system circulates cold air evenly around the pan area to maintain temperatures under 41°F, even when the lids are open, safeguarding ingredients during peak service. A clear lid provides visibility without opening the top, while a self-cleaning condenser helps prevent failures by automatically removing dust buildup. The digital temperature control and monitor system ensures precise regulation with an external display for quick checks.
This unit includes twenty-four 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans and also accommodates 6-inch pans. A 9-1/2 inch deep, 1/2 inch thick high-density polyethylene cutting board with side rail supports efficient prep. Two solid hinged swing doors with locks, two stainless steel shelves, LED interior lighting, and durable stainless steel cabinet construction
