Its dual sided lids and 24-pan top opening with two hoods streamline assembly from either side, while a 9-1/2" deep cutting board with side rail supports fast, clean production. The two-section, self-contained, side-breathing system with a rear mount compressor delivers reliable performance in tight spaces. A dedicated cold bunker system, digital temperature control and monitor, and LED interior lighting with fan control help maintain consistent product temperatures and visibility. The interior and exterior are stainless steel with a galvanized bottom for durability, complemented by an aluminum door liner, two stainless steel shelves, and two solid hinged swing doors with locks. Running on eco-friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 HP system, this unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed and plugs into a standard NEMA 5-15P outlet
