This 60-inch prep table maximizes workflow with a 24-pan top beneath a clear glass lid, allowing staff to check ingredients without opening the unit. The Cold Bunker system circulates chilled air evenly around the food pan area to keep items under 41°F, even during frequent lid openings. A digital temperature control and monitor system with an external display makes settings easy to verify at a glance. The self-cleaning condenser helps prevent dust-related failures for dependable performance, and eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant is standard.
