The Turbo Air PST-60-24-N mega top refrigerated sandwich prep table powers high-volume assembly and precise cold holding in pizzerias, delis, and sandwich shops. This 60-inch, two-section, side-breathing unit delivers consistent pan-area cooling with Turbo Air’s Cold Bunker system, keeping ingredients under 41°F even when the lids are open. A digital temperature control and external monitor simplify oversight, while the self-cleaning condenser reduces performance-robbing dust buildup. The 24-pan top with hood includes twenty-four 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans and accepts 6-inch pans. A 9-1/2-inch-deep, 1/2-inch-thick high-density polyethylene cutting board with side rail streamlines make-ready and plating. Two locking swing doors with spring-assisted, heavy-duty gravity hinges and an aluminum door liner support demanding workflows.
