Its stainless steel top includes a 16-pan opening for fast, visible access to ingredients, while four drawers keep additional product within reach. The two-section, 14.8 cu. ft. interior supports balanced station setup, and the 60-1/4"W x 30"D x 37"H footprint fits standard prep lines. Front breathing airflow and a self-cleaning condenser support consistent performance during peak periods. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior and a galvanized steel bottom, this unit is made for daily, high-volume use.
