The Turbo Air PST-60-FB-N pro series sandwich/salad prep table pairs cold holding and prep in one footprint. This two-section, 60-1/4 inch wide unit provides 14.8 cu. ft. of capacity with a 16-pan top opening with hood and a 9-1/2 inch deep cutting board with side rail. Front breathing airflow and a rear mount self-contained compressor work with a digital temperature control & monitor system and a cold bunker system to maintain product temperatures. The cabinet features a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized bottom, LED interior lighting with fan control, and a self-cleaning condenser. Below, two solid hinged swing doors with locks, aluminum door liners, and two shelves support organized storage. The refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and 1/3 HP, operating on 115v/60/1 at 4.4 amps with a NEMA 5-15P. This model is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed. Made in USA.
