Optimize your line with the Turbo Air PST-60-N-GL pro series sandwich/salad prep table with glass lid. This two-section, rear-mount, self-contained unit provides 16.0 cu. ft. of capacity and holds 16 pans under a cold bunker system for consistent ingredient temperatures. A 6-1/4" deep cutting board with side rail streamlines assembly, while digital temperature control and monitor system simplifies oversight. Inside, LED lighting with fan control enhances visibility, and a self-cleaning condenser helps keep performance on track. Two solid hinged swing doors with locks, an aluminum door liner, and two stainless steel shelves provide secure, organized storage. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized bottom, the 60-1/4"W x 32-7/8"D x 31-3/4"H PST-60-N-GL uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 HP compressor. It operates on 115v/60/1-ph, draws 8.9 amps, and includes a NEMA 5-15P plug. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed. Made in USA.
