The Turbo Air PST-72-30-D2R(L)-N pro series mega top sandwich/salad prep table streamlines high-volume prep with a two-section design and a generous 23.0 cu. ft. capacity. Its 30-pan top opening with two hoods keeps ingredients organized and accessible, while the 9-1/2" deep cutting board with side rail supports efficient assembly. A digital temperature control and monitor system works with the cold bunker system to maintain consistent product temperatures across the rail. Inside, LED lighting and fan control enhance visibility and airflow. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior over a galvanized bottom, this unit is engineered for daily commercial use. The self-contained refrigeration system features a self-cleaning condenser and eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, powered by a 3/8 HP compressor. With one door, two drawers, and a stainless steel shelf, operators can balance bulk storage and quick-pull items to keep lines moving. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed. Made in USA.
