The Turbo Air PST-72-30-D4-N-GL is a two-section mega top sandwich/salad prep table engineered to streamline high-volume make lines. A glass lid and cold bunker system protect ingredients while helping maintain consistent temperatures across (30) 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans, so items stay ready and visible for quick assembly. The 6-1/4-inch-deep cutting board with side rail creates a stable, dedicated prep zone, and four drawers paired with a 23.0 cu. ft. capacity keep backups organized for continuous workflow. A digital temperature control and monitor system delivers precise oversight, while self-contained refrigeration with a self-cleaning condenser simplifies routine maintenance. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior and a galvanized bottom, this unit is designed for daily commercial use. It runs on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 3/8 HP system and includes a cord with NEMA 5-15P for 115v/60/1-ph power. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed; Made in USA.
