The Turbo Air PST-72-30-D4-N is a PRO Series mega top sandwich/salad prep table with two sections and 23.0 cu. ft. of capacity. It features a 30-pan top opening with two hoods and a 9-1/2" deep cutting board with side rail. Storage includes four drawers and two stainless steel shelves. The self-contained refrigeration system incorporates a self-cleaning condenser, a cold bunker system, and a digital temperature control & monitor system. A stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized bottom deliver durability, while LED interior lighting and fan control support visibility and airflow. Refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon and a 3/8 HP compressor. The unit operates on 115v/60/1-ph, draws 9.9 amps, and includes a cord with NEMA 5-15P. Certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation. Made in USA.
