Optimize prep-line throughput with the Turbo Air PST-72-30-D4R(L)-N, a pro series mega top sandwich/salad prep table engineered for high-volume assembly. This two-section unit measures 72-5/8"W x 34"D x 39-5/8"H and delivers 23.0 cu. ft. of capacity, pairing a 30-pan top opening with (2) hoods, (1) door, (4) drawers, and a 9-1/2" deep cutting board with side rail. Self-contained refrigeration features a self-cleaning condenser and a cold bunker system to maintain product temperatures at the rail, while the digital temperature control & monitor system provides precise readouts. Constructed with a stainless steel interior & exterior (galvanized bottom), it uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and 3/8 HP refrigeration.
