This three-section unit offers 23.0 cu. ft. of capacity and a 30-pan top opening protected by two hoods and slide lids. Six drawers keep ingredients close at hand, while the 9-1/2" deep cutting board with side rail delivers a stable, generous work surface. A rear mount self-contained compressor pairs with R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a self-cleaning condenser for efficient operation. The digital temperature control & monitor system and cold bunker system support consistent holding in the rail. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior (galvanized bottom), this 72-5/8"W x 34"D x 39-5/8"H prep table is ready for demanding environments. Electrical specs include 3/8 HP, 115v/60/1-ph, 9.9 amps, and a NEMA 5-15P. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed. Made in USA.
