The Turbo Air PST-72-30-FB-N pro series mega top sandwich/salad prep table streamlines prep and plating with front breathing airflow for flexible line placement. A stainless steel top with a 30-pan opening keeps ingredients organized and accessible, while the two-section, 17.6 cu. ft. cabinet offers ample refrigerated backup. Secure product between shifts with two solid hinged swing doors with locks. Performance is supported by a self-cleaning condenser, and durability comes from a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel bottom. Measuring 72-5/8"W x 34"D x 39-1/8"H, this unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 2/5 HP system. It operates on 115v/60/1-ph, draws 5.7 amps, and includes a NEMA 5-15P plug. Certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, and made in USA, it’s built for efficient, professional kitchen workflows.
