The Turbo Air PST-72-30-N(-AL) is a two-section, 72-5/8"W mega top sandwich/salad prep table designed to keep high-volume lines organized and moving. A 30-pan top opening with hood positions ingredients within easy reach, while the 9-1/2" deep cutting board with side rail creates a comfortable, efficient prep station. The side-breathing, rear-mount self-contained compressor uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for dependable performance, supported by a self-cleaning condensate system. Inside, LED lighting with fan control and a digital temperature control and monitor system help maintain consistent product quality. Two hinged swing doors with locks, aluminum door liners, and two stainless steel shelves provide secure, durable storage.
