The Turbo Air PST-72-30-N-CL mega top refrigerated sandwich prep table delivers efficient, reliable cold holding for high-volume lines. At 72 inches wide with a clear lid and a 30-pan top opening with two hoods, it speeds make-line visibility and access for pizzerias, sandwich shops, and delis. The Cold Bunker system maintains ingredients under 41°F even when the lids are open, supporting food safety during rushes.
Built for heavy use, the stainless steel cabinet pairs with a 9-1/2" deep, 1/2"-thick high-density polyethylene cutting board and side rail to organize workflow. Digital temperature control and an external monitor simplify oversight, while the self-cleaning condenser automatically removes dust to help prevent performance loss. R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant meets DOE Energy Conservation Standards, and LED interior lighting enhances visibility. Two solid hinged swing doors with locks and two stainless steel shelves maximize secure, sanitary storage.
