The Turbo Air PST-72-30-N-FL is a PRO Series mega top sandwich/salad prep table with a flat lid built for streamlined prep and service. Its two-section, 23.0 cu. ft. cabinet supports a 30-pan top opening with two hoods, paired with a 9-1/2" deep cutting board and side rail to keep ingredients organized at the rail. A rear mount self-contained compressor works with the cold bunker system and a digital temperature control & monitor system to maintain consistent conditions. Inside, two solid hinged swing doors with locks, an aluminum door liner, two stainless steel shelves, and LED interior lighting with fan control support efficient workflow. The stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized bottom add durability, while a self-cleaning condenser helps maintain performance. This model uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 3/8 HP motor, operating on 115v/60/1-ph, 9.9 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation. Made in USA.
