Measuring 72 5/8" W x 30" D x 37 5/8" H with 23 cu. ft. of capacity, it organizes ingredients for rapid service. An 18-pan top opening with an insulated hood safeguards product, while the cold bunker system delivers even cold air around the pan area—even when the lids are open. The digital temperature control and monitor system maintains 33–39°F, and the unit is built to maintain NSF standard temperatures in 100°F ambient conditions. A patented self-cleaning condenser automatically brushes dust off the condenser daily to support consistent performance. The stainless steel cabinet and drawers, high-density polyurethane insulation, and LED interior lighting enhance durability, efficiency, and visibility. Storage is flexible with one locking swing door, two drawers, and one shelf, and the 9.5" deep, 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board with side rail provides a ready-to-serve
