Turbo Air PST-72-D4-FB-N is a pro series mega top sandwich/salad prep table with front breathing airflow and a two-section, 17.6 cu. ft. design. It measures 72-5/8 inches wide, 30 inches deep, and 37-5/8 inches high. The stainless steel top includes an 18-pan opening, and the cabinet features four drawers. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior plus a galvanized steel bottom, this unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 3/8 HP system. It operates on 115v/60/1-ph, drawing 9.9 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug. A self-cleaning condenser is standard. Made in USA, this prep table supports streamlined prep lines for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
