The Turbo Air PST-72-D6-FB-N is a pro series mega top sandwich/salad prep table designed to optimize line efficiency and ingredient access. Its front breathing airflow supports flexible placement, while the three-section, 17.6 cu. ft. cabinet provides ample cold storage. A durable stainless steel top with an 18-pan opening pairs with six drawers to organize pans and streamline assembly. The stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel bottom are built for rigorous, daily use. A self-cleaning condenser helps maintain consistent performance, and R290 hydrocarbon refrigeration with a 2/5 HP system delivers reliable cooling.
