The Turbo Air PST-72-FB-N pro series sandwich/salad prep table combines front breathing airflow with a self-cleaning condenser to support demanding kitchen lines. Its two-section layout offers 17.6 cu. ft. of capacity and measures 72-5/8"W x 30"D x 37-5/8"H. An 18-pan top opening with two hoods and a cold bunker system accommodates ingredients at the point of assembly, while a 9-1/2" deep cutting board with side rail provides a dedicated prep surface. Two solid hinged swing doors with locks, an aluminum door liner, and two shelves organize and protect stored items. The stainless steel interior and exterior (with galvanized bottom) deliver durable construction, supported by LED interior lighting with fan control for clear visibility. A digital temperature control and monitor system manages operation, powered by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 2/5 HP compressor.
