The Turbo Air PST-72-N(-AL) pro series sandwich/salad prep table supports fast, organized assembly with an 18-pan top opening and protective hood, plus a 9-1/2" deep cutting board with side rail. Its two-section, 19.0 cu. ft. layout features (2) hinged swing doors with locks, aluminum door liners, and (2) shelves for secure, accessible storage. A side-breathing, rear mount self-contained compressor and self-cleaning condensate system streamline operation, while the digital temperature control and monitor system helps maintain accurate settings. LED interior lighting with fan control enhances visibility inside the stainless steel interior, and the stainless steel exterior with galvanized bottom delivers durable construction. This model uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 3/8 HP refrigeration system operating on 115v/60/1-ph, 9.9 amps, with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, and Made in USA. Allow 4 week lead time.
