It features self-contained refrigeration with a self-cleaning condenser and a digital temperature control & monitor system for precise oversight. Four drawers organize inventory for quick access and consistent portioning. A stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized bottom withstands daily use and cleaning. Position the unit easily on 5-3/8" high casters. The system uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/2 HP compressor and operates on 115v/60/1-ph at 5.6 amps with a NEMA 5-15P cord. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings support code compliance, and the unit is Made in USA.
