This two-section, 12.8 cu. ft. unit measures 48-1/4"W x 32"D x 38-5/8"H and features four drawers to keep ingredients organized and within reach. A self-contained refrigeration system with a self-cleaning condenser supports consistent performance, while the digital temperature control and monitor system makes it easy to set and verify holding conditions at a glance.
Built for durability, the cabinet has a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized bottom, and it moves easily on 4" swivel casters, two with brakes, for flexible placement and quick cleaning.
