Its two-section, 11.1 cu. ft. interior is illuminated by LEDs and organized with two shelves behind locking, hinged solid doors with durable aluminum liners. A self-contained refrigeration system with a self-cleaning condenser reduces routine maintenance while maintaining consistent temperatures, managed by a digital control and monitor system. Built for demanding kitchens, the unit features a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized bottom, and runs on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant powered by a 1/3 HP compressor.
