This two-section unit provides 12.2 cu. ft. capacity in a 48-1/4"W x 32"D x 38-7/8"H footprint, with four drawers for streamlined workflow. A self-contained refrigeration system with a self-cleaning condenser supports consistent performance, and the digital temperature control & monitor system simplifies oversight. Durable stainless steel interior and exterior construction with a galvanized bottom stands up to busy kitchen use, while 4" swivel casters (2 with breaks) allow easy positioning. The system uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP compressor, operating on 115v/60/1-ph, 6.5 amps with a cord and NEMA 5-15P. Certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, and MADE IN USA, this work top is ready for professional kitchens that demand reliable cold storage at the point of prep.
