Self-contained refrigeration with a self-cleaning condenser supports consistent operation, and a digital temperature control & monitor system provides precise oversight of cabinet conditions. A stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized bottom deliver durability and easy cleaning in high-volume environments. Measuring 60-1/4"W x 32"D x 38-7/8"H, it offers a generous surface while fitting common lineups. Four-inch swivel casters, including two with breaks, simplify movement for cleaning or reconfiguration.
