This two-section unit offers 18.8 cu.ft. of capacity and four drawers so ingredients stay organized and within reach. Its self-contained refrigeration features a self-cleaning condenser, and a digital temperature control & monitor system for clear oversight. The stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized bottom stand up to daily kitchen use. Sized at 72-5/8"W x 33"D x 38-7/8"H, the cabinet moves on 4" swivel casters (2 with breaks) to position where production demands it. Using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP system, it runs on 115v/60/1-ph, 9.9 amps, with a cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed and MADE IN USA, this model fits the performance and workflow needs of chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
