The Turbo Air SAK-50L-N refrigerated sushi case elevates presentation while safeguarding product quality. Its 304 stainless steel exterior body and food plates offer durability and easy cleaning, and the top glass angles down to enhance guest-side visibility. Rear access is efficient with two tempered glass sliding doors, three bottom shelves, and a 1" drain for simplified cleanup. A self-contained compressor located on the left from the customer side view uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and 1/6 HP to maintain 35°F–41°F, monitored by a digital temperature display and control. LED interior lighting highlights offerings without excess heat. Engineered for ambient conditions of 50°F–80°F with 39°F saturation, this countertop refrigerated sushi display integrates easily with a 115v/60/1-ph, 4.6-amp, NEMA 5-15P connection. Certified cCSAus and CSA-Sanitation, the 1.3 cu. ft. case measures 11-1/2"H x 48-1/4"W x 14-1/8"D, delivering compact, efficient performance for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
