Dual cast-iron 3-ring burners deliver 79,000 BTU/hr each (158,000 BTU total) for rapid heating and dependable performance. A stainless steel front and sides add durability and a clean, professional presentation, while removable 21" x 18" heavy cast-iron top grates and a full-width grease pan simplify cleaning and maintenance.
Operators benefit from heat-resistant PPS on/off knobs and an adjustable standing pilot for each burner to fine-tune the flame. A 3/4" rear gas connection with a gas pressure regulator supports reliable operation, and 6" stainless steel legs provide stable, adjustable installation. Measuring 18"W x 41.5"D x 24"H, this compact footprint saves line space without sacrificing power—ideal for boiling pasta, simmering soups, and building stocks.
