This 59-inch-wide case uses self-contained refrigeration with a self-cleaning condenser to help maintain cooling efficiency service after service. A digital temperature controller, R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and a 3/4 HP system deliver reliable, consistent temperatures. Operators can organize products on two adjustable tempered glass shelves, while tempered glass side panels and bright LED interior lighting maximize visibility to boost impulse sales. Sliding rear doors simplify restocking and service, and the 27-1/2-inch depth integrates smoothly along counters and pastry lines. Rear-locking 3-inch swivel casters make positioning and cleaning access straightforward. With 21.8 cu. ft. of capacity and a standard 115v/60/1 power connection drawing 8.7 amps via a NEMA 5-15P cord, this case installs easily.
