The Turbo Air TCBE-36SDR-N6 36" 2-drawer refrigerated chef base streamlines cold storage and equipment placement for busy commercial kitchens. Its patented self-cleaning condenser automatically removes dust buildup to help maintain smooth, efficient operation. A front-panel digital temperature display makes it easy to monitor and dial in precise control within a 33–38°F range. Built with heavy-duty 16-gauge stainless steel and high-density polyurethane insulation, this unit delivers robust durability and excellent temperature retention.
Each drawer accommodates (1) full-size and (3) 1/6 size pans at 6" deep for organized, at-the-ready ingredients. The extended top supports up to 788 pounds of equipment, creating a stable work surface that preserves workflow.
