This 42-inch, 2-drawer unit features a patented self-cleaning condenser that automatically removes dust buildup to help keep performance consistent. A front-panel digital temperature display makes it easy to verify holding temps. Built from durable 16-gauge stainless steel with high-density polyurethane insulation, it’s made for busy lines and dependable temperature retention. Each drawer accommodates one full-size and three 1/6-size pans (pans not included) to organize mise en place and backups. The extended top supports up to 788 pounds, providing a sturdy platform for cooking appliances.
