The Turbo Air TCBE-82SDR-N 84" 4-drawer refrigerated chef base keeps ingredients at safe holding temps right where you cook, improving workflow on busy lines. A patented self-cleaning condenser automatically removes dust buildup to help maintain efficient operation, while the easy-to-read digital display lets you monitor and adjust settings between 33°F and 38°F. Built for daily service, its heavy-duty 16-gauge stainless steel construction and high-density polyurethane insulation deliver durability and cold retention. Four drawers provide organized storage: each left-side drawer accommodates up to three full-size 6" deep pans, and each right-side drawer holds up to two full-size 6" deep pans.
