Built from rugged 16-gauge stainless steel and insulated with high-density polyurethane, this chef base refrigerator withstands heavy use and locks in cold for consistent food quality. Right-side drawers hold up to three 6" full-size pans and the left-side drawers hold up to two, keeping key ingredients organized and within reach on the line. The side-mounted compressor and front air intake support efficient operation in narrow installs, and service components are easy to access.
