A self-cleaning condenser device and smart defrosting with automatic fan motor delays help sustain consistent performance. Two triple pane heated glass doors with locks provide clear product visibility and secure access, while a door-activated alarm helps protect temperatures during frequent openings. Operators can monitor conditions via the exterior digital thermometer and controller, supported by a self-diagnostic monitoring system. Inside, bright LED lighting and eight adjustable PE coated wire shelves streamline organization and facings, and the clean white interior enhances presentation. Specify the exterior cabinet color to suit your operation. Certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, this 42.1 cu. ft. unit is engineered for the demands of professional kitchens and merchandising applications.
