The Turbo Air TIDC-26W-N ice cream dipping cabinet elevates presentation and speed of service in a compact 26-inch footprint. A curved, low-emissivity front glass and tempered safety glass sides maximize visibility while helping limit heat transfer. The Cold Wall System delivers consistent holding between -10°F and 8°F to keep product at scoop-ready temperatures across the display. Inside, LED lighting highlights up to four 3-gallon cans, organized by a stainless steel shelf and four plastic can holders. During off-hours, an ABS night cover and PE-coated removable magnetic frost shields help maintain cabinet temperatures and streamline cleanup. Performance features include manual defrost, an efficient R-290 hydrocarbon refrigeration system, a 1/3 HP compressor, and a cleaning-free condenser.
