The Turbo Air TOM-30LS-N 28-inch low profile horizontal open display merchandiser is built to showcase fresh salads, sandwiches, desserts, and beverages in busy front-of-house spaces. A modern presentation with glass side panels and a stainless steel interior and exterior delivers durability and a clean, professional look. The patented self-cleaning condenser automatically brushes dust from the coils daily to help maintain peak performance and reduce the risk of system failure over time. LED lighting under each shelf increases product visibility, while foamed-in-place, high-density, CFC-free polyurethane insulation preserves cold temperatures. A perforated interior back wall and top, plus a standard back-guard, promote uniform airflow for consistent cooling across the display. For layout flexibility, the unit features front air intake and rear air discharge and uses environmentally responsible R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
